My life on film

2020

I started shooting film 5 years ago with disposable cameras. Until that point, I had taken a couple of photography classes in high school but had never found a vested interest in photography. When I got my first roll back, I was immediately hooked, and never turned back.

2022

2021

After shooting disposables for two years or so, I graduated to my first point-and-shoot film camera, a Canon Superzoom 180. I started to educate myself on the intricacies of  the cameras and film stocks, improving rapidly as I began to cha

2022

I took my camera on my Gap Year and took hundreds of photos. When I had the photos developed, I would send them to the Gap Year company's Instagram, where they would post them for the world to see. Soon, I began to develop a reputation for taking photos, which has followed me around since. 

2025

Now, 5 years later, I never leave my house without my camera at my side. I have shot over 180 rolls all across the world, documenting myself, my friends, and my journeys, and have no plans of stopping soon.

While I don't think I will ever pursue a career in film photography, it is undeniable that every aspect of my brand, creativity, and artistic vision is influenced by my passion for and history of shooting film.
